Ms. Elsie

Ms. Elsie is a passionate educator with more than 20 years of experience in education, creating dynamic and engaging learning environments and providing individualized instruction that meets preschool thru high school students’ diverse learning needs, with a focus on student empowerment and intrinsic motivation to become curious and independent lifelong learners. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Western Governors University, and a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University. She served as the Director and Lead Teacher of a private school that provides personalized academic plans for each student. Ms. Elsie strongly believes that all children are capable of far more than we can imagine, thus deserving of an education that is bound by extremely high standards of excellence that would inspire and empower them to discover their calling and make a positive impact on the world.
